Implement support for getting display text for keyboard gesture identifiers. Because this deals with normalized identifiers, all of the key names in the keyLabels module had to be converted to entirely lower case. Also, the generalized modifiers had to be added to KeyboardInputGesture.NORMAL_MODIFIER_KEYS so we have a way to tell they are modifiers.
