Major update to NVDA license document.
Include information about where to obtain the source for all open source components, as well as copyright and/or license text as appropriate for all components.
Add special exceptions to the GPL to cover non-GPL components used by plugins/drivers and Microsoft distributable code. I think it's fair to say that these have always been agreed upon informally, but this formalises them.
