ProfilesDialog: Rather than configuring triggers individually for each profile, the Triggers dialog now allows you to see and change all triggers. This makes it easier to see what triggers are associated with what profiles and also makes it clearer that triggers are all separate and that only one profile can be associated with each trigger.
