Allow configuration to be stored in local application data (PR #6864) Fixes #6812 Allow configuration to be stored in the local instead of the roaming appdata folder. For this, the `configInLocalAppData` parameter under `x86 HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\nvda` must be set to a value other than `0`
