e008f1d6 - appveyor: Move generation of the installed_python_packages.txt file to the very end of the appveyor run, removing the need to manually nsure and activate the Python virtual environment until then, thereby letting all the high-level commands manage it themselves, providing the same pattern a developer would use locally.
