Description of user facing changes None. Description of development approach • Wrote a document in projectDocs/dev/buildingNVDAOnAppVeyor.md. • Added references in readme.md and contributing.md, at @seanbudd's suggestion. • Took the liberty of adding a missing lead heading in buildingNVDA.md.
