Updates for Matter 1.2 (#843)
* Updates for Matter 1.2
Updates spec ingestion for new documents, adds a few new types and adds 1.2 model.
These changes are in preparation for 1.3 and do not affect public API.
* Fix known invalid list entry types, regenerate 1.1
* Comment formatting
* Bring back ColorControl type correction
