Fix conformance expression handling (#867)
* Fix conformance expression handling
- Conformance validation for rules with field name references were not handling Matter -> JS case conventions right
- The compiler was also failing to correctly convert field references to boolean values for logical operators
- Removes an erronious ".only" in VariableServiceTest that should not have been checked in
- Fixes captureEvents() specialization for $Changing events (previously only handled $Changed)
- Addresses rejections that were erroniously being treated as uncaught when multiple reactions were queued
