Add CI test on compiler backends (#832)
Summary:
This PR does the following:
- Fixes torchdynamo fx2trt interface when precision is FP16
- Fixes raw fx2trt lowering interface
- Disables torchdynamo fx2trt on opacus_cifar10 because of hanging error
- Creates a new CI for running the comparison and give results by config
