* Register XLA lazy backend
* torch pin
* Get rid of the old code gen file
* yapf linter
* Add missing namespace
* add RegisterXLAXLANativeFunctions
* Also register autograd function
* Remove some gitignore since those file should not be generated anymore
* Delete .torch_pin
