[PERF] Adds epoch to mnist test logs (#4112)
Summary:
This pull request adds epoch numbers to logs produced by the mnist test
such that the format matches that from the imagenet test.
Test Plan:
python test/test_train_mp_mnist.py --fake_data --epoch=1
