chore: bump golangci-lint 2.8.0 -> 2.10.1 for Go 1.26 compat golangci-lint 2.8.0 was built with Go 1.25 and refuses to lint code targeting Go 1.26. Bump to 2.10.1 (built with Go 1.26) in both mise.toml and CI workflow per AGENTS.md sync requirement.
