Remove duplicate windows job (#96552)
They are already present in trunk.yml
during migration from 11.6->11.7 to 11.7->11.8, 11.6 trunk jobs were migrated to 11.7, but 11.7 periodic jobs were not migrated, but 11.8 were simply added
