* Cleanups for lazy_bench.py
* Fix LTC_TS_CUDA setting for --device=cpu
* Avoid calling torch.cuda for 'cpu' device in case torch is built without cuda
* Add handling for drq model SquashedNormal output
* Skip moco since it hits a torch.dist error we need to add support first
