[LTC] Make LazyGraphExecutor::RunPostOrder() virtual (#90680)
Summary:
This patch makes LazyGraphExecutor::RunPostOrder() virtual such that XLA can reuse it.
It's related to https://github.com/pytorch/xla/pull/4315.
