Refactor TensorViewBuilder helper functions in Benchmarks (#1557) * Move makeSymbolicTensor, makeContigTensor, makeContigConcreteTensor, and makeConcreteTensor to utils.h * Remove duplicate definitions * Add initial transpose benchmarks
