[PyTorch] Remove native::zeros reference in TensorIndexing (#49117) Summary: Pull Request resolved: https://github.com/pytorch/pytorch/pull/49117 Try to resolve part of the github issue of https://github.com/pytorch/pytorch/issues/48684 . It essentially calls the same functionality inside at::native::zeros().
