[aotinductor] rename CppWrapperCodeGen and CudaWrapperCodeGen (#120391)
make WrapperCodeGen subclass names consistent with the
file names:
CppWrapperCodeGen -> CppWrapperCpu
CudaWrapperCodeGen -> CppWrapperCuda
