Enable `torch.half` for `lt` and `masked_select` (#43704)
Summary:
Enable testing of those options in `TestTorchDeviceTypeCPU.test_logical_cpu` and `TestTorchDeviceTypeCPU.test_masked_select_cpu_float16`
Add `view_as_real` testing for `torch.complex32` type
