Move softmax ops to codegen, following merge conflict
- pytorch master has changed the format of log_softmax* ops, causing a
BC-breaking change to the API. I could either fix the handcoded
softmax ops in LTC, or just delete them and have codegen gen the ops
following the new API.
- went ahead and did the other softmax ops too, even though they weren't
affected by the change on master
