DataLoader: allow non-integer Samplers (#63500) Summary: Not entirely sure how to use TypeVar but if someone could give me a hint it would be appreciated. Also let me know if you want me to add tests so we can make sure non-integer samplers actually work. It seems like `test/test_dataloader.py` is the correct location but that's a big file.
