Add typing_extensions as MacOS ci dependency (#98522)
MacOS jobs start to fail in trunk because of this missing dependency https://hud.pytorch.org/pytorch/pytorch/commit/938c5da61e329fd3bcdccce6a711c53e6d518e68. So I add it explicitly. Caching issue?
