[cxx-interop] Import attributes onto synthesized subscript accessors The subscript synthesis path was not calling importAttributes on the accessor thunks, so Clang attributes like __attribute__((deprecated)) on operator[] were silently dropped. Import them onto the getter/setter AccessorDecls, matching what the ObjC subscript import path does.
