64d91be6 - Remove overlapping exclusive accesses in encoders

Remove overlapping exclusive accesses in encoders {JSON,Plist}{Encoder,Decoder} had overlapping accesses which were supposed to be mutually exclusive in their `with(pushedKey:)` methods. Removes those methods and the overlapping accesses.
