[OwnedLifetimeCan] Barriers affect direct destroys Copies of a lexical lifetime are not lexical. Their destroys can be hoisted over deinit barriers. So when extending lifetimes to deinit barriers, only deal with the direct lifetime, not the copy-extended lifetime.
