[Concurrency] Add missing source compat overload for withUnsafeThrowingContinuation (#87841) Other continuations had them in place just fine but seems we dropped the withUnsafeThrowingContinuation one somehow. This also makes all the source compat overloads disfavored. rdar://172416034
