IRGen: pass a zero filename length to swift_isEscapingClosureAtFileLocation in optimized builds In optimized builds the filename is replaced by an empty string, but the length of the original source path was still passed. This made the generated code depend on the build path, which breaks reproducible builds. Fixes https://github.com/swiftlang/swift/issues/92602 rdar://188298583
