Enable sourcemaps in browserified distro
* use sourceify to read the sourcemaps written by babel
* use {browserify, watchify} -d to write sourcemap
* use exorcist to write the sourcemap to a separate file
* add some uglifyjs incantations to read and write sourcefiles
