85d0935e - Set `rawDisplayName` to `userId` if membership has `displayname=null`

Set `rawDisplayName` to `userId` if membership has `displayname=null` This mirrors the behaviour of `name` such that the default is always `userId` but if the membership event has a `displayname`, we use that.
