fix: replace "can't be streamed" with accurate prerendering explanation Metadata and viewport *can* be streamed. The actual issue is that dynamic metadata/viewport as the sole dynamic part prevents the page from being prerendered. Updated overlay and build output messages. Made-with: Cursor
