Show blocked host in proxy error when job log download fails
The job logs endpoint redirects to Azure Blob Storage, which may be
blocked by network proxies. Include the blocked hostname in both the
CONNECT tunnel error and the console warning so users can identify
which host needs to be allowlisted.
