Focus navigation stage insights PR on the insights
- keep only the Instant Insight link in the prefetch() and navigation()
references; the terminology rewrites move to the keeping pages static PR
- drop the optimizing prefetching and ISR guide edits superseded there
- point the [stream] fix for prefetch()/navigation() outside Suspense at the
component that calls the API instead of "the data access"
