Turbopack: singular EcmascriptClientReferenceModule (#74946)
Merge `EcmascriptClientReferenceProxyModule` (which only had the proxy
codegen) and `EcmascriptClientReferenceModule` (which only had the
`Isolated` references) into a single module.
There was benefit to splitting them, and this caused problems for single
module graph chunking
