This uses the same handling of mutable for serverPatchReducer and refreshReducer. Fixes NEXT-213 Ensures scroll position is still applied when calling `router.push()` and `router.refresh()` in a single transition: ```tsx startTransition(() => { router.push('/dashboard') router.refresh() }) ``` <!-- Thanks for opening a PR!
