docs(typo): fix typos in `08-testing/index.mdx` (#72057)
## 📚 Improving Documentation
Hello, I've fixed `testing` to `Testing`. (lowercase to uppercase)
In other documents, `T` is always uppercase as shown in the screenshot
above.
