[test debug] Deeper instrumentation on top of the write-skip fix — DO NOT MERGE Probes for the two residual failures on #97251's CI run: segment render rsc status during the replay window (for reconcile tests that converge the URL but keep stale content), and every history write with its trigger (insertion effect, wrapper adoption) plus dispatch types (for the ?tp=1 strip that survives the write-skip). Per-test boundary markers and 10 suite copies to force collisions on hot shards.
