Rename writeToDiskOnce -> writeSharedEndpointToDisk and expand comments Clarify that the dedup guard is scoped to shared global endpoints (_app, _document, _error) and that coalesced callers' clearRequireCache calls are harmless no-ops due to serverPathState hash matching.
