fix: bump sharp@0.33.5 (#69524)
In PR https://github.com/vercel/next.js/pull/63321, we bumped
sharp@0.33.3 which dropped support for yarn@1.
However, it looks like sharp@0.33.5 now supports yarn@1 again as seen in
https://github.com/lovell/sharp/issues/4130#issuecomment-2293501130
