Name the internal trace server process (#99257)
## Summary
Give the long-running `next internal trace` server a recognizable
process title with the Next.js version, matching the version format used
by the build and server commands. Set the title when the trace command
starts so both the WebSocket and MCP services appear under the same
name, without changing their behavior.
This way that `node` process consuming 40g of ram is a little easier to
understand
