next-core: scale chunking defaults when minifying before chunking Chunking now sizes chunk items by their minified code when they are minified one by one, but the default size limits and request cost were tuned for unminified code. Scale them down when both minification and turbopackMinifyBeforeChunking are enabled. Size limits and request cost scale independently. Values set explicitly in the config are used as-is.
