Update DCE test marker to replacedBy after event payload restructure The test used fromRoutes as proof the flag-gated transition code survived in the client bundle, but the payload restructure removed that key from the source entirely, so the enabled assertion could never pass (and the disabled one passed vacuously). replacedBy is the new marker: its only runtime occurrence is the abort payload key inside the flag-gated commitRouterTransition.
