feat(cna): remove `autoprefixer` from default templates (#55725) ### What? Removing `autoprefixer` from the default Tailwind CSS templates. (It can be installed afterward) ### Why? After some investigation by @timneutkens, `autoprefixer` seems to introduce some compilation overhead ### How? Removing `autoprefixer` from the auto-installed dependency list, it would be up to the developer to install this plugin if they need it.
