[turbopack] Replace uses of `Value<ExecutionEnvironment>` with just `ExecutionEnvironment` (#80135) Remove Value<ExecutionEnvironment> instead just use ExecutionEnvironment Why? The Value<> type is confusing and error prone, lets destroy it!
