Docs: Replace "twitter.com" to "x.com" (#65917)
### What?
Replace `twitter.com` links in the docs with `x.com`
### Why?
Now that Twitter (twitter.com) has officially moved to the x.com domain
### How?
- Replace the link, then click on the link to make sure there are no
problems
