Update Rust namespace re-export snapshots (#99106)
### What?
Update the generated JavaScript and source-map snapshots for the
Turbopack namespace-value re-export named-import fixture.
### Why?
Canary's Rust unit job fails because the checked-in fixture expects an
obsolete export-registration sequence. The current generated output
omits that redundant sequence, shifting the source-map mapping for the
entry point.
### How?
Regenerate both outputs together so the source map describes the
JavaScript Turbopack actually emits. The fixture continues to exercise
the named namespace imports and their referenced members; no runtime or
generator behavior changes.
### Verification
- Focused `turbopack-tests::snapshot` test passed twice in the default
profile and once with CI's `release-with-assertions` profile.
- Full Rust unit suite not run locally; PR CI will run it.
