Make isCatchAllParamType exhaustive and restore monotonic event timestamps - isCatchAllParamType: replace the startsWith('c') prefix check with an exhaustive switch over DynamicParamTypesShort, so a future param type fails to compile until classified (same satisfies-never pattern as settleRouterTransition). - Event timestamps: derive from performance.timeOrigin + performance.now() instead of Date.now(), which can step backwards under NTP adjustment and let a commit report an earlier timestamp than its own start. The opaque transition id keeps Date.now() as before.
