feat(turbopack): Add simple tree shaker (#78286)
### What?
Implement a simple tree-shaking. Simple tree shaking is a tree-shaking implementation that only has two options for each export: used/unused. This information is shared among the whole application, so there's no fine-grained control for each export.
### Why?
Because advanced tree shaking requires some more time to implement.
