debug: add detailed logging to devlow-bench timeout investigation - Only run the failing turbopack=false + build combination - Add 10min timeout to prevent wasting CI resources - Add debug logging before/after browser and server startup - Add 60s warning if waiting too long for server output - Reduce timeout to 8min to fail faster This should help identify where exactly the hang occurs on CI.
