Durable use cache: don't crash on Node workers (#100505)
`durableUseCache` + a use-cache function loading a Node.js worker
previously crashed because of the `bail!("shouldnt be called")` in
`entry_chunk_group`
For this implementation-hash computation, we don't actually perform any
chunking. We just codegen the individual modules and hash those
together. For that, we can optimize the nodejs worker reference
implementation to not actually perform any chunking during chunk item
codegen. We can just directly use the chunk path instead of doing
`entry_chunk_group(chunk_path).await?.last().unwrap().path()`
unnecessarily.
