test: Trim miscellaneous integration tests (#13007)
Why
Several remaining one-off integration tests duplicate behavior that is
already covered at lower-level seams. Removing them trims Windows
subprocess fanout while preserving coverage through focused crate tests
and contract snapshots.
What
Removes binary integration tests for passthrough args, one-script error
behavior, lockfile-aware caching, and the remaining inference smoke.
Keeps equivalent coverage through CLI TaskArgs parsing, task executor
error/cache policy, repository inference and lockfile-change scoping
tests, and final hash contract snapshots.
